I'm probably being a bit too rational here, a bit too linear, but i have the odd feeling that the formatting implies that at times the writer believes that only the writer can be trusted.
Trust me. That is what I truly believe.

Wow. I love this. Not sure what the formatting is trying to convey but it certainly grabs your attention. Thought provoking.
