The animation improves during the piece but I would hesitate to call the action on-stage animation. Stuff moved, nothing lived. I can only recommend focussing on the basics of motion - anticipation, follow-through, overlapping motion. It really felt like your animation was stifled. Don't be afraid to try stronger poses and snappier timing. I see this sort of thing in a lot of first films. There's so much to worry about in a film production that it's hard to focus on any one element. Your story was fine and meshed with the music well but your animation needs improvement.
